I thought you stated the following in response to one of my posts:
Quite frankly, we don't know a tier one from a tier two. I don't think the company has designated the difference clearly enough...and we don't even know who makes up the 184+...so what, we can't speculate?
Does tier one mean those companies that will yield greater settlement numbers or platform/ship designer/makers or product manufacterers?
Are you now saying you can define a tier 2? Please provide me with your definition.
I get confused with your inconsistency
