Obviously we don't know who, what or when yet.
We don't know if tier 2 indicates designation by product, market, or asset size...but we can still reference the possibilites.
The fact that managment stated this first round was low hanging fruit, there will be much more to the story as it unfolds.
I'd have to guess that Apple has put up as big of numbers on flash products as any company.
