"Any board member" can "flag" a post as a potential violation. The vast majority of the time if a post is deleted, it is done so by AGORA. Hub leaders only have the ability to delete a post if the poster is treasurer or in the mail room. A large number of those who post here regularly (if not the vast majority) have participated in the reporting of posts.
