It is Agora who decides if a post violates a rule, or is "not worthy" of remaining, thus deleting it. A HL can only remove a post below President, and all else can be flagged for Agora's ruling. Certainly you know this...peace.

I check the manage violations tab now and then, and I do not see a pattern from any HL, to suggest he/she is on a "power trip" by any means.

When I became a HL, one of the 1st things I did was make contact with a few senior HL members, asking what some of the "duties" were, to include deleting or flagging a post. Every reply I got was the same, in that a HL must be very careful not to single anyone out, never make it personal, and use the priviledges wisely and professionally, to keep this board to be the best EDIG forum there is.

So, I respectfully disagree with what you said on this topic, but do agree 100% that when the land scape of EDIG changes, and news of any kind, upticks the PPS/volume, there will be much less time for "picking" on anyone, or should I say, a perception of same.

Note to all HL's:

If I have mistated anything above, let me know.
