Hey, even I need a break from here and get some sleep...LOL!!

Speaking for myself, I waited about 2 months after becoming a HL before even deleting a post. I "studied" the actions of others who did so, same is true with banning, to make sure I understood what senior HL's were doing and why. I also read and re-read the 6 rules, so that any action I may take be the correct one, and never EVER make it personal.

I appreciate your post, it was nicely put, and if Don wants to come back and abide by the rules, that's fine.

Yes, the silence is deafining and we need the company to do what ever it takes to get us exposed in a big way. I have confidence this will happen.
