I have been very confused also.. No legal backround, but it struck me that when all of these motions were being dropped by edig, that a settlement was in the works, and they were just cleaning house for the court. I wondered why then, and I really wonder why now, as we seemed, appeared to be winning most of our claims. Need L.L. or some legal mind to chime in on this. Hell, it may be a month or so before we find out anything. Is there such a thing as Pacers DURING A TRIAL?
