Probably just didn't have the background to make them answer. It's been stated here that we can "pressure" them to answer. If these are questions that "any reputable company in our circumstances" would answer then there is no way they can avoid their responsibilities to us the "owners" of the company. If they refuse to answer we can all attend the ASM en mass and force them to answer. Barring that, since it's our right to know, I imagine we could file suit...LL, Drven what do you think?
