There again after being in 15 years and the Markman less than a year away , The soon term fits IMO , And in regards to Gil's confidence of a victory , I agree , I bought into EDIG becuase of the FLASHBACK TECH , I'm not a modern day techie , I'm an H.V.A.C. / Hard wire oldie and the flashback just amazed me !
EDIG has had many setbacks over the years this is true ! , But the bottom line is TECH / Patents and if people don't feel the patents aren't the cats meow , I don't know why they would be invested in edig then !
