Sorry to but* in. My view is IMHO if the first six settled logic assumes the seventh will settle. They have two choices settle now or go to court . if they settle now or between now and February then I think Gil is right, since now is defined as a current period, and usually a period of time in the mean time is measured in a year, that is why every entity reports in a calandar or fiscal year and we pay taxes on a yearly basis.

And if they decided to go to Markman and the judge and jury decide our faith I am sure we will win based on these facts.

1- we have a legitimate patents

2- it was validated by six major corporations.

3- we worked in the past with Samsung

4- Pat Nunally saw it as DM saw it

5- All or most new products uses or tech we see it on a daily basis

the Judge will see it as well as the Jury, and the money reward will be set next year if they decided not to settle now.

The money will be in our bank account if not this year then next year.

All this is based on my obsevation of the facts, I see it this way may be Gil , RIC or you see it my way or your way.

At the end my way or your way will not lead us to the highway but to the right way settlement or Markman and both are to our advantage.
