A Cross-Licensing Agreement with any entity does not become null and void once the patent "Life" has expired. Such agreements will have their own terms...

Also, yesterday, the focus of discussion was not wether EDIG will make widgets or sell applications in the future.

The questions discussed were, (1) "What benefits accrued to EDIG by the cross-licensing agreements?", and (2) "What would be the impact of such agreements in increase of "Value" of EDIG in any potential acuisition Market?".
