And for your information the doubt about the validity of 445 and 108 against other possible defendants raised by Moo were explained to him several times by several posters. Yet he posted his last post to which I responded expressing his "Hope" that said Patents could be prosecuted against other defendants...

And lastly, your comment "Don't let anyone bully you" is way off base and contrary to the facts as shown by the number of posts and efforts I made to supply factual basis to Moo that showed there was nothing in the Court ORDER which declared EDIG patents 445 and 108 Null and Void and unenforceable as to any and all potentail infringers, excepting SAMSUNG...
