We popped in March of '08, October '08 and Jan/Feb of '09 all on news of advancements on the IP litigatioin front....yet we are not even at levels when the company was solely in the eVU business.

This model is gaining credibility when you look at how far and fast we have come in just this last fiscal year among current shareholders...hence nothing for sale of any size at these levels.

Numbers should confirm this to the market and DM laying out round 2 should continue to build investor confidence.

When IP litigation yields growing revenues numbers coupled with first time profitabilty and they lay out more of the same for next year then this looks quite undervalued.
