Yes pam over the years you have been a positive contributer ! But over the last week a little out of careacter with the crying over spilt milk ! Management made it clear in a correspondence that they had " WE MISSED OPORTUNITIES ". They admitted they made mistakes ! They can't go back and do over , why dwell on it ?? It doesn't make you feel better does it? Ric
