What I disagreed with you about was your earlier statements. Sure sounded like you felt management was minimally incompetent and have done nothing to earn their salaries.

I am concerned that Fred is back and Will is out and I know that some wrote that Fred could
not do much without $$$ but really folks...was it arrogance back then or attempts to sell
our tech mishandled??? did they give away the kernel?? Make it to easy to steal?? Did they
have a plan??? What was it??? Was it executed???

That being said I do understand your desire for more transparency in the future.
