Stop pretending that an IP business model is supposed to perform Q over Q. Until the 6th settlement was announced we did not know how long it was going to take and still, SAMSUNG remains in play.
EDIG could do ZERO for the first 3 quarters and do $20 or $40 million in Q4....we just don't know but what we do know is that DM is good at what they do and EDIG has a long list of infringers for them to work from.
Don't be sorry but WHY be invested? Sorry, but I just don't get that.
