If you think $20-$40 million in Q4, as I posed the example, wouldn't matter then I don't quite get what it is you are waiting for?

A detailed business plan? Have you not noticed 10 years of the company promoting their Flash Patent Portfolio as their key asset or the monetization in progess?

Are not record revenues and profits results from such a business plan and is it not projected to continue beyond this most recent 10K?

If I was a new investor doing DD on EDIG as a result of catching their 10K release and witnessed long term shareholders commenting as they have on the day of the release I would question whether or not this investment was a good idea.

We waited 90 days for the results only to watch more complaining and diversion, as Gil noted.

DM doesn't factor in unless there was a valuable corporate asset in the Patent Portfolio.

This is the only model to date that has produced profits....think about that.
