From your comment, I guess you are predicting Patent Revenues to exceed last years 10.1 million. We have to exceed last years total by a couple of million, let's say a total of 13 to consider any reasonable growth that would satisfy the investor market.
Year to year would yield approximately 17% growth.

By the way, I hope it's better than that, after all I purchased more yesterday and still believ long term. I basically don't believe in all the hype the board offers on a day to day basis, and I support in my mind reality of the status.
