They could do zero for fiscal '10 and $50 million in fiscal '11, given the nature of patent infringement suit business.

I would love to be able to point to Q over Q growth and year over year....and in fact I have only to have it shot down as not being valid because it did not come from product sales, as if that is the sole measure.

And EDIG certainly could outperform again this fiscal year as we are only in the first quarter. SAMSUNG alone could beat last years numbers by itself, given their product lines at stake.
