There was a lot of discussion when it first came up... What I remember was Sammy had tried to exclude the 20 because "they are not sold in the US"... then DM or someone from edig found that they were being funneled back into the US and sold as grey market items and therefor eligable to be figured in to the damages. People on here were discussing the definition of grey marketed products, etc.
