Not sure why a listing of cell phone companies is going to move the stock. Yes, the potential for us to be in alot of those devices is there. Using that rational, would a list of airlines, cruise lines, hospitals, etc. also drive interest? IMO, it's optmistic but many investors require more concrete information at this point in time in order to put money into the stock.

The end of the Digecor trial, Samsung outcome, some new list of infringers, or somehow getting eVU news/sales is going to drive the company's performance and stock price.
