I have tried to make the point before why EDIG is going after one time settlements and cross licensing agreements, vs a cash settlement and a royalty agreement from then on, so glad you mentioned it again.

RP made this point very clear at the SHM that XLA's, if they benefit both parties, have more value long term for EDIG.
