When future memory becomes aviable they'll cross that bridge....the company will evolve as standards evolve....if they're not already involved.

As for 445 verbiage......'for use in devices utilizing flash memory as main memory" is noted in the heading along with an in particular description, however, in the more formal claims considerations flash is not necessarily designated, what is designated, "long term storage medium".

There are also other numerous notations within the patent noting to the effect that other memory types could be utilized......such as..."it would be also advantageous if this same method could be applied to other long term storage media."
