IMO, the heading is in consideration of a practical use, you have to start somewhere and for the day flash nonvolatile memory was it, NOR and NAND .

IMO, I would much rather have them patent practical use ideas of new memories when aviable...this is where I feel e.Digital should have a focus.

MY concern...companies like Samsung, LG.....having, or will have rights....can they patent on new memories with those rights?

I guess it all depends on how far into the future e.Digital is looking.....and what life expectancy of the name e.Digital they have in mind.
