For one thing aside from PR'S there is a lack of balyhooing the the settlement because of couple of reasons I can think of:...

1) Most of our settlements thus far have been pre a Markman Hearing, and the agreements could have been worked out that EDIG would keep it low key because of the cross-licensing part.

2) EDIG and DM have list of potential infirngers that is longer than your arm. It could be thaat DM has decided to play it close to his chest until he has Mrkman Ruling under his belt. Then he will make a big splash with a filing that will name some biggees and wave the Markman in their faces...He may not want anyone to figure their defenses as yet by crowing about every liuttle settlement he makes...
