You didn't address my specific comments or question. You seem to try and put the burden b ack on the other person by asking them a question.

When I call Robert and ask several questions I get many answered in a very polite and business like manner with mutual respect. When I ask about any topic which is confidential by the very nature of the question and answer, I get a better understanding of why he cannot answer the specifics but I have more knowledge about the subject than before.

As to your question, it depends on the companies and of course the questions.

The issue as I remember it dealt with the ration of connected caslls to VPs, and I stated that most of the time I have no trouble. You implied a great deal of difficulty, right?
