SAMSUNG has already taken it on the chin for benefitting handsomely on the backs of the intellectual property of others.

In light of their history and the length of time this case is taking with EDIG, it is likely they will reward EDIG's Flash Patent Portfolio with a nice settlement, imo.

Remember there remain many other companies of equal or greater importance not yet named who would also be good Markman candidates.

With hundreds of infringers remaining I am not willing to see them let it ride this early, not just yet.
