consists of over 20 infringers, a level which would sustain a revenue stream for about the length of time it will take to pursue a Markman case, then EDIG can continue to perform while we await a Markman outcome.

They need to continue to perform and drive revenue growth while working on a Markman. With hundreds of infringers already identified they can have the best of both worlds, as opposed to sitting another 2 years with no new infringers while awaiting a positive Markman outcome...which is not guaranteed.

I hope we see a substantial SAMSUNG settlement right after the digecor case concludes and then see DM release 20-30 new infringers so they are set up for the next couple of years.
