Would you sacrifice the 20 phones having the "Gray" question and drop them....or stay firm on the issue?
IMO, if other devices not in question do support an audio/video combo.... DM is looking for more than a rendered opinion overall involving those 20 phones.....which may, or may not, involve monetary considerations.
