Why would you wait for a trial verdict before trying to sell your product? That just doesn't cut it with me. There are most likely two reasons why EDIG isn't selling diddly....either they're incompetent or their much ballyhooed product on this board ain't that much better than the rest....at least enough to compete successfully with the others. The rest of the world has passed EDIG by in IFE. If they want to sell eVUs, they have to look elsewhere.

I don't buy the argument that prospective customers are afraid to deal with EDIG because of the current litigation. The Wencor case is likely to end up with a nominal payment due them from EDIG and the Samsung and other IP cases can only help EDIG, financially. It certainly can't hurt them.

There's no mystery as to why we haven't heard anything form EDIG in a while. There's nothing to say.
