That is one reason I could not go along, (100%), with sinkman's theory that a 5 million share bought on open market by EDIG would lead to a rise in PPS ,thus costing more than $10 Million to buy out substantial shares as a means of float reduction...

I alway thought there are some10 millioin or so shares just waiting for a $1-2 a sgare range to bail out. That should work as a counter balance to a sudden appriciation in the PPS to $5 dollars if the company saw fir to redeuce the float...
