I'd love to witness the legal gymnastics on that one. :>) If I had licensed IP to EDIG I'd make sure it wasn't transferable in the agreement. I doubt EDIG can do what it wants with it. Don't forget the IP is licensed not transferred. It's not EDIG's property and the guy you want it transferred to wasn't party to the original agreement.
