I believe any information made public as to the law suit( or settlement ) with samsung, especially if you are the plaintif is great information to have out their beyond chatrooms. If it does'nt have a quick effect on the share price, Edig would at the least be put on some new radars. I dont think the artical was slanted to any side. I agree with you daboss, because thats what parties do first is try to settle before reaching any messy court, and for both edig and samsung to have taken this long to reach settlement says to me that they both found a settlement that satisfied both parties. DM is no dummy, with 170+ infringers to go they wont have the reputation as caving. None of the past settlements got any news outside of the chatrooms so i ask myself what makes the samsung suit different to garner any mention with this artical, must be something worth reporting. Time will tell.
