There are not that many KONA JOES or RONRANS out there that can read a News item and say, ACHAHH!? I should put my money into this penny stock...

You just can't get a sustained, (at least a week), run of several million shares trade a day, to break out from under the shackles imposed on this stock by the MMS...

I do remember someone posted, (may be DABOSS), to the effect that RP had indicated we would catch the eye of such investors after more is known about Samsung settlement after September 18, 2009, when additional papers are to filed with the Court...
