What if EDIG is negotiating with Samsung. Then say another infringer who is even bigger gets wind of the deal and makes EDIG an even better offer? EDIG could just go into play. I remember a deal with the old Fox Studio and the deal was being made to take it private by a very select group. It was just about set and suddenly after a leak another bigger offer was made publicly. That set off the first group that were quietly working behind the scenes and a battle began for control. It was all happening just as the Star Wars movie was bringing in millions. Huge drama. And huge prices. (Hey, when you live in L.A., you see things over the years.)

If there really is a deal happening don't be surprised if another offer comes along. Of course there really has to be a deal in the works first. And then there has to be a leak. But after years here with EDIG I have seen things happen I never would have thought of, ever. GLTAL

Do you think any of the infringers on the 2nd tier list are aware of what is happening or at least trying to figure out what is happening. Especially if they are going to have to pay one way or the other? All my thoughts and opinions and none of this may be real.
