Interest via institutional holdings will drive a pps very fast. Just look at geta today to get a feel for what effect news of that sort will have on a stock.

It was .36 a few days back...currently 0.93 and climbing.

Should a company with the stature a SAMSUNG has globally take an equity stake (now I'm not saying that is the case, merely one possibility) the pps would reflect the interest.
