AS long as DM and EDIG keep batting 100%, that's validation enough for me and eventually the market, as you can't argue with success.
ptsc got the Markman win in 2007 and their stock dropped to new lows. It's not an exact science.
If EDIG shareholders would get out of the way of their investment and stop appearing at every down tick, the market might have a little less resistence.
Regardless, the patents are EDIGs and valid as far as the first 7 infringers are concerned, imo.
Why you continually fight any excitement with this investment is beyond me. ptsc shareholders have been to a dime...you don't see an complaining today as their pps is moving with a vengence based on patent validation.
Sit back and watch as penny stocks are back in favor.
