I agree with what you say, however I'll get excited when the share price elevates to a level that will make our shareholders happy. That's probably in the range of $1.00 to $3.00 as some individuals have commented on their average purchase being well above the current level.

I don't get excited over a few cents.

As I remember there was a lot of frustration on the ptsc board for many months until recently when the price started an uptrend.

I'll say this....patent validation will happen via the Markman or trial or as a result of 20-40 more settlements and with one of the large CE companies. I don't consider validation from settlements of 10.1 milllion dollars yet if we are talking abnout hundreds of millions of dollars.
