Well, I would have thought being a new investor you would be touting the incredible news we've already heard this month. That e.Digital won a 3-year lawsuit against digEcor. Samsung and EDIG have executed a settlement and the case will likely be dismissed in October 09.

As far as imminent news...why not bring something to the board, do some DD and dazzle us?
