I recall this one, but the part I still don't understand is why we are expecting so much more from Samsung than LG. If, as the chart shows, Samsong sales (51,385.4) are slightly less than double LG (26,546.9), why wouldn't the Samsung settlement amount, if based on sales, be slightly less than double LG, maybe around 2.7 million?
I realize that's much less than we have been talking about, and I'm sure I'm overlooking something important, but what? Samsung makes many other things than cellphones, for instance? Has deeper pockets?
