Logic would seem to direct one to that conclusion...if the last 6 were $2 million then the next one must be also.

However, you look at Spansion and it's $70 million settlement that a judge then said was way too low. Nobody has a clue what the next settlement amount will be until it is made public and that has no bearing on those which will follow.
