The control of the PPs is in the hands of the M.M.'s. We need real solid information on what exactly the settlement was to effect the price. Having another group of companies being sued also will help but in the end its going to be the settlements. The M.M./'s are having to much fun playing the game they do. It has to be taken out of their hands.

What will also help is if there is another product or a vast improvement of existing products. Problem is that there is nothing in the pipe line so to speak. The new show will do nothing if there is no line or new business.

Right now what we have are the 176 potential defendents. D.M. needs to step up to the plate and zing a couple for us before the meeting that will help to encourage the longs on this site.
