I think someone is buying 100,000 shares a day in 50,000 blocks +/-, and has been for several weeks. Moo maybe could check those past trades, and see how far back the 50,000 size blocks go? I think they started about the time Samsung agreed to settle.

Will the blocks get bigger/more numerous as we approach 10/18? I think they will.
