The only thing that could muddy the waters regarding ascertaining the Samsung settlement from the financials could be other settlements, or other income that could confuse reading the tea leaves.

I'm not entirely sure what that sentence in todays announcement means. It sure makes it sound like the next licensing has already occurred and there will be more infringers to be announced for the next legal round. Not sure it actually says that but there is the insinuation that licensing has already occurred. Why are licensing and legal round treated separately. Where are english majors!
