I don't consider those questions you just posed regarding DM's strategy as "hard", but rather good, logical questions.

But complaining about a settlement value because it did not meet your individual expectation is hard/SHMARD imo. Either you get on board with DM's strategy or you don't. SCHMARD is merely negativity that confuses and/or creates FUD...and FUD is counter to your investment objectives...I would hope you get that.
