I think If your source is reliable then that will confirm why no filing has been done by DM, Logic say PN and Dm have contacted several Infingers on the hit list and Edig proved our point, and behind closed doors the products has been named and identified except that amount has been in negotiation. this will save face with the infringers by retaining their dignity and edig gets what was due it. this also saves Nokia the legal fees and the expert witnesses. Paying is a lot cheaper considering all the previous seven paid us and paid their attorney's too. this is a good business decision on the infringers side. as always good luck and best wishes to all true edig Lovers.
