I think the TX 7 as we call them, were filed upon in Mar-08, and it was Sept-09 before Samsung settled, and there was even a 30 day stay on 9/15 to give Samsung time to take care of "obligations" what ever that means??

That's 18 months...sure a long time to wait for a nuisance dollar value...IMO.

Based on the e-mail reply to SS via RP, the # will be in the 10Q, probably 11/12 or 11/13 if history repeats itself.
