Regarding these X licensing throwaways from the other side, why would they even be considered a valuable concession when they come from companies who know that EDIG poses no competitive threat to them in this century. As to their worth as an asset class, I don't buy the spin presented by some on the board. I think it's just a case of rationalizing their disappointment over the nominal cash settlements. We don't even know if those licenses are transferable.

Maybe DM got the most they could out of these cases. If so, kudos for them but I can't abide an overblown interpretation of the results.
