We can hope for 19 by EOY. My guess is 8-10 by the end of this fiscal year.

The attorneys of these new defendants certainly know EDIG/DM are 7 for 7 and that will definitely help in quicker settlements. 7 teams of lawyers have researched our patents and their due diligence has validated EDIG's IP. In effect, this gives the new 19 defendants a headstart in settlement talks. The Samsung settlement will especially go a long way in convincing them to just pay for a license and not waste money on attorneys fees/court costs trying to fight IMO. If Samsung didn't want a Markman or trial, the others won't either.

You can bet DM will be asking for higher settlement amounts...and they'll pay. Looking forward to the 10-Q this week and the ASM next.
