I agree, EDIG is sitting more secure as an investment than anytime prior. They are growing revenues based on their patents...and that is what drew us all into this investment in the first place.

It is now happening in real time and will get more real this week.

Fridays ask and close was at 0.169. Hopefully the launching point will be at or above this level. There is no hype in stating the 10Q is due out this week and that it is more than likely the SAMSUNG settlement numbers will become evident.

DM just tripled fiscal 2009's case load for fiscal 2010/2011. I doubt the settlement amounts will go lower and I am fairly confident there will be larger settlements with time.
