Actually I can see the company rational of delaying the release of financials to the day of the shareholders meeting if the Samsung settlement numbers are significant. I can't imagine management extending the release of financials beyond the shareholders meeting. I don't believe they would want to risk the tar and feathers routine. I don't think it's in their interest to delay the release at all if the Samsung #'s are low. An extention would only work in their best interest if the #'s are good IMHO.
